codeinventiv —a product companyand yourengineering team.
codeinventiv is an independent software studio in Noida, India. We do two things, equally: we build and run five software products of our own — and we build custom software for other businesses, from a single app to a platform your whole company runs on.
What is eating your week?
Not features — problems. Choose the one that sounds like your Monday and we'll tell you exactly what changes.
We build the software
your business runs on.
Most of our work is client work — for schools, retailers, training providers and companies who needed something no product sells. Built by the same engineers who run our own.

Custom software, built like a product
You get engineers who maintain their own software in production — so we build yours to survive the same way. No juniors parked on your account, no work quietly shipped offshore.
Web platforms
Dashboards, portals, SaaS products and PWAs — typed end to end, fast on modest devices.
Mobile apps
Android and iOS from one codebase, or fully native — prototype to both stores.
APIs & backends
Clean-architecture services with data models that survive year three.
Cloud & DevOps
Pipelines, monitoring, backups and hardening — so incidents never become stories.
CRM & internal tools
Contacts, deals, inventory, operations — the systems your business actually runs on.
Automation & AI
Assistants, document extraction and face recognition, applied where they save real hours.

Same Tuesday. Two different days.
Grab the handle and pull it across. On the left is how most organisations still run the day; on the right, the same day on software we built. This example is a school — the same gap opens up in a shop, a training centre or a back office.

We don't only build.
We run five products.
Five live products with paying customers on them — ours to maintain, ours to fix at 2am. That is where the standards come from. Roll one out as it is, or use it as the starting point for something built to your process.

Not a feature list — one real working day, start to finish. A school, a training centre and a retail chain all run the same shape of day. Keep scrolling and the clock moves with you.

▶400 people, checked in in six minutes
The camera recognises faces as they walk in — students, trainees or staff. Nobody calls out names, nobody carries a register. Before the day has properly started every list is closed and the absentees are already flagged.
↳ 40 minutes of somebody's morning, backPaid from a bus seat
A reminder went out last night. The payer taps the link, pays by UPI, and the receipt arrives before they reach work. The ledger updates itself — nobody sits at a counter counting cash.
↳ No queue, no cash box, no evening tallyThe session someone missed is still there
Recordings, notes and a quiz sit in the LMS — a lesson, an induction or a compliance module. Whoever was away on Monday catches up on Thursday, and the quiz grades itself so you see who actually understood it.
↳ Nobody falls behind quietly184 records, none of them typed
The data went in once, as the work happened. Report cards, certificates or statements build themselves in your own format, get checked once, and reach every recipient's phone at the same moment.
↳ Two weeks of work, goneThe day, summarised before you ask
Instead of chasing four people for four numbers, you ask one question in plain language and get the day back — attendance, collection, exceptions, and the messages that still need sending.
↳ You leave on timeYour software should speak like your people do.
Nobody should have to decode English to use a system built for them. Everything we build speaks the language of the person holding the phone — staff, customer or parent. The same screen, the same data, just re-rendered. The example here is a parent app; the principle goes into every project.
Small team.
Nothing outsourced.
You'll talk to the people writing the code. There's no account layer, no offshore hand-off, and no phase where your project quietly changes hands.

How a project actually goes.
We work out what's really needed
A call, a few hard questions, and a written scope. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need less than you thought — we'll say so.
Architecture and screens, agreed up front
You see the data model and the key screens before we build them, so surprises happen on paper instead of in production.
Something working, every week
Short cycles with a real link you can open. If priorities shift, they shift at the start of a week rather than at the end of a quarter.
Live, monitored, and handed over properly
Deployment, alerts, backups, and documentation. Then we keep watching it — because we'd want someone to do that for us.

The things people
ask us first.
Anything not covered here — just ask. You'll get a straight answer within a day.
Ask us directly ↗What does a project cost?
How long until something is live?
Can Coheres be set up for my school?
Will you take over an existing codebase?
Who owns the code?
How many hours is paperwork costing you?
Drag the two sliders to your size. The number on the right is the administrative time that disappears when the work stops being manual.
This is an estimate, not a quote. It assumes manual attendance takes about 4 minutes per class per day, a counter payment about 6 minutes, and report cards about 3 minutes each per term — figures drawn from how organisations worked before moving onto our products. Your real numbers will differ. We'd rather show you the assumption than a magic total.
Tell us what you're
trying to build.
A system that's outgrown its spreadsheet, a product to launch, or one of ours to roll out — start with a message and we'll come back within 24 hours.
